The organization has been successfully and prominently participating in various projects of the central and state government in Jhunjhunu district. Sewajyoti believes that everyone, including the citizens, social activists and the NGOs must come forward to help governments implement their programmes and policies meant for welfare of rural people. Many important and path-breaking government schemes fail to get expected results due to shortage of implementing staff at the grassroots level. Organisations such as Sewajyoti, which have developed a good network of their own must come together with the government and ensure that fruits of such schemes reach the people they are intended to benefit.

Our participation in government schemes, programmes, missions, workshops, conferences etc. has made our role as social servants more meaningful and result oriented. Sewajyoti takes pride in acting as a bridge between rural people and the government officials as this promotes interactivity and understanding between the benefactor and the benefited. This has helped us develop understanding of how government plans work and how ordinary citizens can play a role of catalyst in their implementation.

Among the most important government projects Sewajyoti is associated with are management of district level disabled rehabilitation centre and campaigns to tackle the spread of cancer in the area.
